To be honest, I'm addicted to all things Andy Stanley. I love his books, his preaching, his resources, but my favorite of everything he puts out there is his Leadership Podcast. It comes out at the beginning of every month and it's similar to another episode of The Office for me, the moment I finish an episode I'm eagerly waiting for the next. The podcast is broken up with a 10 minute or so clip from one of his leadership messages and then has about 15 minutes of Q & A with Andy about the topic.
